    The location is ideal! Architecture radiates colonial charm.

    Service felt lacking! Locked in a disappointing coffee situation, three trips for pods, just to end up at the restaurant begging for coffee.

    This hotel offers fine architecture that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. The staff is attentive and location superb, nestled among modern high rises. The rooms feel somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Still, it's a great place for both business and leisure!

    A very colonial hotel very central in front of Plaza San Agustin and just 3 minutes walk from the Plaza Metropolitan. Highly recommended

    Through this same app two reservations were made on for some reason one of them first put my last name then the first name that's why they said I only had one and that the other one didn't exist, reservation. It was an intense moment because my guests were left with a bad impression, but in the end they found the reservation and that was it. But like everything in life there are people that if they like their work and one more young man I do not remember his name found the reservation he apologized more he did not have because it was not his mistake and he solved the problem for us. I thanked him with his services and kindness and offered him an incentive but he didn't want to accept.

    Proximity to the World Trade Centre.

    I booked a suite with a sofa for a friend who was travelling with me. When I checked in, I asked the person helping us three to if the room had a sofa-bed. Each time she answered - yes. There was no sofa bed in living room as promised.

    No place to hang wet towels other than a hook on the door. Difficult to get into the shower. Not enough drawers for clothing and the ones that were there had books and other things in them. The restaurant was just adequate, not very good. On the other hand, the Sunday brunch was very good.

    Gorgeous brand-new place with ideal and exceptionally nice location really close to restaurants and the Financial District in the Valle area and Monterrey's touristic attractions. Very helpful staff during my stay. Comfortable bed, marble-lined bathroom and central heating, a personal safe and pay television in the room. Paid usd 185. Good service, parking on site. Had Wi-Fi throughout the property.
